Minister Tiffany J. Marshall, a proud Boston native has spent more than 20 years pouring into her community with love, faith, and dedication. Serving Dorchester, Mattapan, Hyde Park, Roslindale, and beyond, Tiffany has made it her life’s mission to uplift others and help them walk boldly in their God-given purpose. A devoted mother of three amazing young women, she leads by example balancing family, ministry, and entrepreneurship with grace.

With over 25 years of experience at The Winsor Athletic Department, Tiffany has impacted countless lives through mentorship and leadership. Her passion for wellness shines as a Certified Zumba Instructor, encouraging others to embrace health and joy through movement. She is the founder of L.I.F.E. 617 Inc. (Living In Full Empowerment), a nonprofit dedicated to empowering others spiritually and personally, and the visionary entrepreneur behind Nectar Lab Boston, offering all-natural juices and products that nourish the body and soul. Tiffany also serves tenderly as a Certified Hospice Volunteer, providing comfort and compassion to families during life’s most delicate moments.

Her athletic journey is just as inspiring once a player for the Boston Renegades Women’s Tackle Football Team, she has also coached both youth flag football and men’s semi-pro football, always using sports as a platform to teach discipline, teamwork, and perseverance.

In ministry, Tiffany serves faithfully at Motivation Church in Holbrook, MA, as a Minister and the Director for Village People, Prayer Intercessor, Author, and Mentor, helping others grow in their walk with God. She is an active member of the Community Advisory Board for Go Fresh, improving food access and wellness in Boston’s Black communities, and a Board Member of ThroughThePain, supporting Sickle Cell Warriors and caregivers around the world. Currently, she is deepening her spiritual walk at the AHAVA School of the Heart, studying Spiritual Intelligence: The Art of Thinking Like God.

Tiffany is also passionate about traveling the globe, where she shares the love of Jesus and spreads the Word of God to people from all walks of life. Her heart for ministry goes beyond borders, carrying light and encouragement wherever the Lord sends her.

She is the author of Above Average: Discovering the Gift of Intercession, a powerful book that empowers readers to embrace their spiritual gifts, overcome life’s challenges, and live above the ordinary. Through every role she carries, mother, minister, mentor, entrepreneur, and community leader Tiffany’s heartbeat is to see people healed, empowered, and walking in the fullness of who God created them to be.
